- Do I need to be flexible to start? Absolutely not! These programmes are made for real people with real bodies – no prior experience needed, just bring curiosity and a willingness to give it a go.
- What if I miss a day? No stress! You’ll have access to all videos for the full duration, so you can catch up or repeat sessions whenever it works for you.
- What results can I expect? Every body is different, but many people report less tension, better posture, easier movement, and improved sleep or energy levels – especially if you spend long hours sitting or feeling stiff.
- What’s the difference between the Challenge and the 28-Day Program? The 5-day Flexibility Foundations Challenge is a great introduction: simple, short, and affordable; 28 Days to Flexibility Freedom is a more in-depth, structured journey with additional support and variety – ideal if you’re ready to keep going.
