Nidrā Club

Rest deeply. Reconnect gently. Re-emerge restored

If you already know what you’re looking for, you can, jump straight to membership options. Otherwise, settle in, and let’s explore.

What is Yoga Nidrā?

Yoga nidrā is a practice of deep rest and effortless awareness – often called yogic sleep or non-sleep deep rest (NSDR).

You don’t need to move. You don’t need to concentrate. You don’t need to try.
Just lie down, get comfortable, and be guided into a state where your body rests completely, while your mind stays gently alert.

You might feel like you drifted off. That’s OK, nidrā meets you where you are and offers what you need – sometimes in ways you only notice hours or days later.

It’s meditation without the struggle. Rest without guilt. Stillness without silence.

My favourite way to describe yoga nidrā? You do nothing, and gain everything.

If you’re unsure how to pronounce ‘nidrā’, Angie Tiwari has a great Instagram reel here to help.

Final Thoughts

You don’t need experience, energy, or special equipment to practise yoga nidrā – just a few quiet minutes, something soft to lie on, and a willingness to rest.

Cosy clothes, dimmed lights, and your favourite blankets are always welcome. You’re invited to join whenever you’re ready – and to stay as long as you like.
