A quiet place to rest, whenever you need it.
If you’d like to see the ways you can join, they’re just below; otherwise, take your time – there’s nothing you need to decide right now.
You don’t have to arrive calm, or now what you need. You don’t have to be good at resting.
Nidrā Club is here for the moments when you’re tired of holding everything together – when you just want somewhere gentle to land.
This isn’t a course to complete or a challenge to keep up with. It’s a quiet, ongoing space you can come back to whenever you need to be held in rest.
What is Yoga Nidrā?
Yoga nidrā is a guided form of deep rest – sometimes called yogic sleep, or non-sleep deep rest (NSDR).
You lie down, get comfortable, and listen.
Your body is invited to soften while your nervous system is given permission to settle, and your mind can drift, daydream, or switch off completely.
There’s no right way to experience nidrā.
If you fall asleep, that’s okay.
If you stay aware, that’s okay.
If you don’t feel much at all, that’s okay too.
Nidrā meets you where you are and offers what your system is ready to receive – often in ways you only notice later.
This is rest without effort; stillness without pressure; care without needing to earn it.

Accessibility
If money is a barrier, you’re welcome to apply for support through my Yoga For All fund.
Rest should not be a luxury.
A final word
You don’t need experience, energy, or special equipment to practise yoga nidrā; just somewhere to lie down, something soft to rest on, and a willingness to stop for a moment.
You’re invited to come whenever you’re ready – and to stay for as long as it feels supportive.
There is nothing you need to become before you belong here.
