One-to-One Yoga

A personal, gentle space to meet yourself

Sometimes what you need isn’t another class – it’s to be seen.

One-to-one sessions give you a quiet, responsive space to explore your body, breath, and inner world without comparison, pressure, or performance.

This isn’t about achieving shapes, it’s about feeling at home in yourself.

What private sessions are like

We move at your pace, we follow your nervous system, we listen to what your body is asking for.

Your sessions might include:

  • gentle, supportive movement
  • breathing practices to help you feel steadier
  • yoga nidrā or guided rest
  • time to talk and integrate what’s coming up

Some days you might want to move, other days you might want to lie down – some days you might need both.

All of it is welcome.

Who this is for

Private yoga is especially supportive if you:

  • feel overwhelmed or disconnected from your body
  • want something slower and more responsive than a group class
  • are healing, burnt out, or highly sensitive
  • want to explore yoga without feeling like you’re being watched or rushed

You don’t need to be flexible, confident, or experienced; you just need a willingness to meet yourself gently.

How it begins

We start with a short, calm conversation – a chance to get to know each other and see what kind of support would feel most nourishing for you.

From there, your sessions unfold naturally, adjusting as you do.

Investment

Private sessions start from £80 per hour, with block bookings available for those who want regular support.
