You don’t need an hour, you don’t even need a mat: you just need a gentle, guided reset that meets you where you are.

What’s included

This 1:1 Zoom session is a soft place to land. Together, we may move through:

  • Gentle movement to release physical tension
  • Simple breathwork to regulate your nervous system
  • Mindful cues to bring you back into your body
  • A short pause that helps you feel more grounded, present, and clear

It’s not a yoga class. It’s not a performance. It’s a reset – just for you.

  • Length: 20 minutes
  • Where: live on Zoom (link provided upon booking)
  • When: you choose the time that works for you
  • Who it’s for: anyone feeling tense, overstimulated, or needing a small, supportive shift
  • What you’ll need: just a quiet-ish space; you don’t need to be “good at yoga”, and you don’t need to be flexible.

I want Reset Sessions to be both sustainable and welcoming for everyone, so I offer three pricing tiers:

  • £11 – Supported (if you need a little extra help right now)
  • £22 – Sustainer (the true cost of the session)
  • £33 – Supporter (helps make the supported rate possible for others)
