This 1:1 Zoom session is a soft place to land. Together, we may move through:
- Gentle movement to release physical tension
- Simple breathwork to regulate your nervous system
- Mindful cues to bring you back into your body
- A short pause that helps you feel more grounded, present, and clear
It’s not a yoga class. It’s not a performance. It’s a reset – just for you.

- What you’ll need: just a quiet-ish space; you don’t need to be “good at yoga”, and you don’t need to be flexible.

- £22 – Sustainer (the true cost of the session)
- £33 – Supporter (helps make the supported rate possible for others)
