How this space stays safe.
This work is built on trust, presence, and mutual respect.
I care deeply about the people who come here – and about the containers that make this work possible.
Clear boundaries aren’t about control; they’re what allow real rest, real honesty, and real support to happen.
1:1 Work & Classes
I offer 1:1 lessons for people who want focused, personalised support – finding steadiness when things feel overwhelming, learning gentle, embodied ways to work with your nervous system, or exploring how yoga, breath, or nidrā might support you.
I also teach a weekly classes in Whitehaven.
Whichever way you come to this work, it’s a professional space. You don’t need to impress me, but you do need to meet me with basic respect.
Time and cancellations
I know that life happens.
If you need to reschedule, you’re always welcome to do so – just let me know with as much notice as you can.
When someone repeatedly books sessions or class spaces they don’t attend, or cancels at the last minute without care, it makes it harder for me to offer this work sustainably and fairly. In those rare cases, a £75 no-show or late-cancellation fee may be applied.
This isn’t a punishment. It’s simply a way of protecting the time and energy that make this space possible.
Messages, respect, and safety
This is a professional, trauma-aware space – in sessions, in class, and in any messages sent to me outside of them.
Any form of sexualisation, flirtation, inappropriate messaging, or boundary-crossing – whether that’s in a session, in a class, or via DM, email, or social media – is not okay. If it happens during a session, the session will end immediately. In any case, a £150 boundary-violation fee may be charged.
This also covers unsolicited, and usually relentless, sales pitches – tools, listings, support, advice, or “growth hacks” you insist will transform my YouTube channel, social media, and/or my business – always in exchange for money or a follow-up call I didn’t ask for. If you’re contacting me to sell me something I didn’t ask about, that’s not a boundary I’m obliged to absorb quietly either.
This is not something I enjoy enforcing – but it’s part of keeping this work safe for everyone who comes here in good faith.
Why This Matters
When boundaries are clear, the space can stay soft.
You’re not walking on eggshells here, you’re being held in a container that is steady enough to support real rest, real feeling, and real change.
If you’re here with sincerity and care, you’ll likely never need to think about any of this again.
And if you’re not – this page lets you know, kindly and firmly, that this is not the place to bring harm.
Thank you for meeting this work with the respect it deserves 🩷
