Just wanted to let you know how lovely the live nidrā practice was tonight, anything that includes the chakras gets my vote!! It was brilliant, I was very relaxed; and it went so quickly, despite being an hour! I’d honestly say 11 out of 10 – fab – and I’m looking forward to the next one.
